During this unit the students learned:
- What is the safety in floor hockey (head of the stick should always be under the knee...)
- How to grip a hockey stick (left or right hand)
- How to control a ball with a hockey stick and how I can pass the ball to another player.
-The concept of ball carrier and no ball carrier players (OFF or DEF).
- How to help the player with the ball by moving into a free space to give him a solution.
- What to do when they are referees ( stopwatch, rules, score)..

- How to control a ball with their two feet.
- How to pass the ball to another player ( using the inside foot)
- The concept of ball carrier and no ball carrier players (OFF or DEF).

- How to defend on the ball carrier player and how to protect their goal.
- What to do when they are referees ( stopwatch, rules, score).

TENNIS/BADMINTON
During this unit they explored and discovered racquet activities.
They focused on their hand/eye coordination and their racquet control through all different modified games.
They learned
- How to grip and control a Racquet (orientation/contact with the ball).
- What is a serve and how to perform an overhead clear.
- To analyze a trajectory and to move at the right spot to receive the ball.
They have been having fun playing modified games. They learned to analyze a situation and to solve a problem by using their creativity and their collaboration skills.
VOLLEYBALL
During this unit the students learned:
- What is the safety in volleyball
- How to differentiate a pass in volleyball ( must bump the ball ) to a pass in basketball or handball
- How to control a ball with their two hands.
- When should they use the overhead or the forearm passes.
- How to serve with one hand.
- How to read a ball trajectory and how to move to the right spot to receive the ball.
- What to do when they are referees ( stopwatch, rules, score).

BASKET BALL

- How to use the panel of the target to shoot on the side.
- How to use their legs to shoot higher.

ULTIMATE FRISBEE
During this unit the students learned:
- What is the safety in ULTIMATE

JUNIOR 4 R

ACROSPORT
This unit was an introduction class to acrobatics. Students learned about the safety in gymnastic and how to cooperate to achieve a goal as a team.
They studied and analyzed by drawing and anatomy different acrobatics formations (spine/articulation/skeleton) and they learned the correct back position to adopt when they carried someone.
They learned what is a correct grip ( hand/wrist, hand/ankle.....).
They understand where were the safety location to connect when they climbed on another student.
At the same time as a team they had to find a strategy and give role to each member of their group to reach their goal (who should carry or who should climb).
At the end of the unit they were able to build a formation including all the students and different acrobatics (handstand....).
